Time Management to Reduce Stress

Time management is not as difficult as you think it is. It only requires discipline as well as determination. One of the things that causes us stress is the wrong use of our time. We became inefficient because we do not know how to manage our time well and then it leads us to stress. Here are some tips to develop time management for us to be able to reduce stress.
1. Set a schedule.
You have to be organized. List all the things you need to do and then set priorities. Separate those which are urgent from which can be done later and map it out. You can do a lot of things if you have a schedule that tells you which are due today or tomorrow. In this way, you will no longer cram for something that needs to be done right away. You can now maximize your time and work more efficiently.
2. Concentrate.
Let us say that you have provided yourself a schedule. And it shows that in one day, you have to do this and this and that. That is why you have to set priorities for you to be able to know which task to do first. Once you are good, concentrate. Focus.  Do not think of the other tasks because you already have allotted specific time for that.
3. Take a break.
Taking breaks and vacation can free your mind from stress. So, file a vacation leave and then you are good to go. But let us say that you are not allowed to go on a vacation. No worries dear, Get up from your chair, take a short walk; breathe some fresh air for like 10 minutes…that will do.
Those are just some of the tips I know and I, myself, have done before. Do not stress yourself too much. Manage your time well and be stress-free!

Journal is a powerful and a friendly tool that will help you clarify your thoughts and reflections. Once you have written all your problems down or even your opinions and ideas about your day, you will be able to identify what you really are going through.  Afterwards, sort the negative ones to the positive ones and by this, you can arrive at solutions to your problems. Isn’t it cool? Having a journal makes you know yourself better. It gives you a pattern of your day to day activities and by that, you could point out the things that you do not ...
