Keeping a Journal to Relieve Stress

Stress is a poison to your body. It kills you, it destroys you, and it makes you weak. And the more you take it, the more it slowly consumes your own self. I bet there are a lot of things that stress you as well like other people do. But instead of letting stress conquer you, try to reduce them, and if possible, totally remove them.

Can you believe that keeping a personal journal will help you reduce stress? Yes, you heard me right. Journal is a powerful and a friendly tool that will help you clarify your thoughts and reflections. Once you have written all your problems down or even your opinions and ideas about your day, you will be able to identify what you really are going through.  Afterwards, sort the negative ones to the positive ones and by this, you can arrive at solutions to your problems. Isn’t it cool?

Having a journal makes you know yourself better. It gives you a pattern of your day to day activities and by that, you could point out the things that you do not want to keep repeating over and over again. Remember that there is no right or wrong on writing a journal. It is like a freedom wall or a vast open space where you can freely shout all your problems out without taking it out on others. The only difference is that it is private so you would surely be able to think clearer and reflect deeper.

Do not mind the grammar dear. Keep in mind that writing a journal is not a competition. It is a kind of unique life tool where you express your own ideas to know more about your own self and to mirror your life as positive as you wish you to be.

So, go on darling. Grab those pen and papers and good luck on your journey on making your life more fruitful and refreshing!

I have been using my iPod touch 5th generation for filming and I edit the videos on iMovie. It is such a hassle because the battery does not lasts long and the videos take up most of my iPod's memory!!! Good thing that I have found a new camera that I can afford. Down below are the specifications and actual photos of the camera.
